ABOUT US

China Asset Management Financial Technology Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as "China Asset Management Research Institute") is a non-corporate legal entity supported and guided by national industry associations, supervised by government agencies, and registered and approved by the national civil affairs department. It is a non-profit think tank platform and the general name of three physical research institutes. So far, it has established four physical institutions in Hangzhou (Hangzhou China Asset Management Financial Technology Research Institute), Fuzhou (Fuzhou Rongcheng Asset Management Service Research Institute), Shanghai (Shanghai Songjiang China Asset Management Financial Technology Research Center), and Shenzhen (Shenzhen Futian District China Asset Management Xiangmihu Financial Research Institute).

 

Since the establishment of the institute in 2021, as the main initiator of "Insurance Capital Entering Zhejiang", "Insurance Capital Entering Wenzhou" and "Insurance Capital Entering Fuzhou", the China Asset Management Research Institute has contacted cities such as Hangzhou, Fuzhou, Wenzhou, Shaoxing, Foshan, and Zhangzhou, with a scale of nearly 50 billion yuan in insurance funds, introduced various industries and formed a total social investment scale of more than 150 billion yuan, and implemented a number of leading experiences and case examples in the fields of insurance capital introduction, financial investment promotion, resource matching, and industrial and financial integration. It has played an active role in promoting the gathering of local financial resources, building financial technology and emerging financial formats, and has been recognized and supported by all parties.

——Song Guanglei, currently the dean of Hangzhou China Asset Management Financial Technology Research Institute. Mr. Song has worked, seconded and exchanged in the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Head Office, the Survey and Statistics Department of the Central Bank Head Office, the former Statistics Department of the China Banking Regulatory Commission, ICBC Asia (Hong Kong), the Finance Department of the Ministry of Finance, overseas multilateral organizations, and Ping An Asset Management Co., Ltd. Mr. Song has participated in a number of National Natural Science Foundation, National Social Science Foundation, and World Bank and Asian Development Bank key project topics such as "Government Balance Sheet" and "Debt Cycle". Mr. Song also serves as the Secretary-General of the Financial Technology Laboratory of the China Insurance Asset Management Association directly under the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission.
